Umstead Park Sept. 2000 Results
The Enloe Kids, Lori and the two Jonathans put on the whole event, designing the courses, setting out ribbons and hanging the controls. Mike Sigmond vetted the ribbons for them, so they were confident that the controls were located correctly. They practiced teaching the beginner's course so they were ready to teach a group of girl scouts as well as the regular group of beginners. They must have done a good job, as everyone on White came back smiling. Thanks also to Rob Stevens, and Michael Tharp for helping pick up the controls.
